  • 4. Rápido y fácil crecimiento de los becerros debido al alto porcentaje de grasa y sólidos totales en la leche de las madres.

  • 5. Nivel de crecimiento similar al del ganado.

  • 6. Calidad de la carne comparable con la del ganado bovino con cerca de la mitad de colesterol y menos de un cuarto de la cantidad de grasa.

  • 7. Leche con un 8% de grasa que se utiliza en la producción de queso "Mozarella" y otros productos lácteos.
