Rosemeire dos Santos Resumo: O presente artigo nos remete a pensar o contexto familiar atual, pois a Política Nacional de Assistência Social (PNAS), focaliza o trabalho profissional na matricialidade sociofamiliar. Para isso devemos entender suas transformações e funcionalidades, compreendendo assim os novos “arranjos” e “composições” familiares desmistificando os conceitos e pré-conceitos estabelecidos pela burguesia colonial.
