Causas:
Excesiva carga de trabajo.
Poca recuperación de las cargas de
trabajo.
Tratamiento:
Suspender toda actividad, reposo absoluto aplicando
No hacer competencias prematuras.
No hacer competencias prematuras.
Talón
doloroso (fasceitis plantar)
Descripción:
Es una lesión común en corredores. Ocurre

Abstract
Causes and treatment of muscle injuries in
elite athletes
In sports , often physical contact is
inevitable, however the physical form in which the athlete is
found, and adequate heating can reduce the risk of an injury
.
Sports injuries can range from mild, which
are treated with anti-inflammatory and physical means , to
moderate and severe in some cases can lead to the OR athlete
.
There are many types of injuries that may
result prior to, during and at the end of each competition, but
in this case we are concerned with the most common: tendon ,
ligament , muscle , neural and bone .
The most common causes that can cause
injury ranging from poor biomechanics, ie , use of incorrect
forms the body to make a bad art, inadequate heating to the event
or a bad stretch at the end of the event.
muscle injury
The muscles are the most common organ
system most required in the sport , so that 's where they found
lesions
cause:
The bruises are caused by a crash (crash ,
violent contact with a hard object , kicking ) , the skin is
intact , but the underlying muscle tissue is injured.
Treatment:
• Use ice or cold compresses for 8-10
minutes, three times a day for 24 hours.
• Then use heat ( compresses, infrared
) and rest until the pain is completely gone.
• Do not use massage as there is
internal bleeding and broken muscle fibers become worse
.
How to prevent:
• Always be alert during training and
competitions .
Tearing ( muscle breakdown ) :
Muscle tears are manifested by intense ,
strong , sudden pain (due to the large number of broken muscle
fibers ), with immediate and complete loss of function. They may
be superficial or deep , partial or total . The pain
persists
causes:
– Excessive workload.
– Slight recovery workloads .
Treatment:
Suspend all activity, complete rest as
applying ice packs on a flannel for 30 minutes. The treatment
should be applied every 8 hours. This along with
anti-inflammatory painkillers relieve pain and avoid further
swelling by hemorrhage .
In case of total rupture will be restored
surgically .
How to prevent:
– Generally a weak muscle strip center ,
while a strong kicks butt . We must strengthen the muscles but do
not iron . Here come into play the knowledge and experience of
the trainer.
– Acquire fitness. Organic predisposes
fatigue damage.
– Efforts provided according to individual
physical capabilities .
– Do not make premature
competencies.
– If you want to do weights , ask the coach
and lifting. The lifting of a load must be such that the arms are
kept straight, back straight and head up during exercise , which
is done by the legs. The trunk and hips remain as close as
possible to the load touches the legs and muscles.

competencies.
Heel pain ( plantar fasciitis )
:
Description:
It is a common injury in runners. It
happens at the top of the heel bone that becomes painful and can
even become painful with all the foot . The pain can become so
intense that the athlete makes walking on the side surfaces of
the foot. Walking tip can cause pain . Irritation of the tissue (
plantar fascia ) that extends from the 5 toes to the heel which
is causing pain is caused. usually

Characteristically, the pain you feel when you get up in the
morning or after a long period of sitting .
causes:
Is excessive friction and pressure on the
heel bone with a weak inflexible muscles, worn shoes or
inadequate support of the arch of the foot that causes pronation
situation does bump the arch of the shoe , fingers tightening and
adding a lot of tension to the plantar fascia. Shoes with a lot
of flexibility or very thin, hard soles , especially if it runs
on very hard surfaces or very rough terrain.
Foot pronation prone or rigid arch combined
with a long train .
Treatment:
You should rest for 1-4 weeks and in severe
cases up to a year . After running ice for ten minutes. Suspend 5
minutes and apply another ten . Take analgesic after running, not
before that conceals injuries to be investigated . You can
bandage the foot , apply sponge or support shoe.
