la ganadería;
salud
hemoglobina, hematocrito y Prótidos Totales no difirieron
nacidos.

SUMMARY
The artificial upbringing of the calf is a topic of
constant study in search of methods that can be practical and
economic for the development of the cattle; raising for the
importance that had the calf, one carries out this investigation
with the objective, of evaluating a method that allows to save
milk and at the same time to reach earnings around the
600g/día and to study the residual effect of the yeast,
from the weaning until the 120 days of age. 48 calves
Holstein/Cebú was used (15/16 and 1/16) of 7 to 120 days
of age and similar in weight, live at random in a design of
blocks with 12 animals for treatment and three repetitions. When
arriving to the recría they were housed in individual
cradles up to 120 days of age, couple to measure the consumption
of foods. In the period of 10 to 30 days; the alive weight and
the earnings didn't present significant differences to the age of
30 days; in the stage of 10 to 70 days, the weight to the weaning
and the daily gain didn't differ among the studied treatments,
the behavior of the calves from the 10 and until the 120 days of
age, the final alive weight and the accumulated earnings didn't
differ among the studied treatments. The indicators of health
hemoglobin, hematocrito and prótidos totals didn't differ
among the treatments the same ones they are among the established
normal ranges. Very positive results are obtained in the gain of
weight live, when it is introduced in the systems of production
of calves, the substitution of 2 kg of milk per day for 200g of
yeast starting from the third week of born or suplementar the
diet with 100g of daily torula starting from the 30 days of
born.

edad.
