RESUMO

O objetivo deste artigo foi pesquisar e trazer a todos os interessados na cultura literária inglesa um pouco sobre a vida e obra da escritora Agatha Christie. Este artigo buscou fugir um pouco do convencional ao trazer curiosidades e histórias interessantes das obras e criações da escritora juntamente com as clássicas informações quase sempre encontradas ao se pesquisar sobre o assunto. Foi adotada como estratégia de elaboração uma pesquisa acurada sobre a biografia de Agatha Christie, suas obras e seus detetives. A opção pelo tema revela a importância da escritora para a literatura mundial além de servir de inspiração para novos escritores de romances policiais.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this paper was to research and to bring to all the interested in the English literary culture a little about the life and work of the writer Agatha Christie. This paper searched to escape a little of conventional to bring curiosities and interesting stories of the writer’s works and creations together with traditional details almost always found when research the subject.
