Abstract

Leadership is a subject that has been more and more discussed within our companies in present days. Not long time ago, the companies worried so much preparing managers with technical and specific training in order to develop their activities in their respective areas and functions. Unfortunately, they forgot to worry about the behavior development of these people. For this reason, they prepared a huge amount of bosses, but not leaders. This mentality, about the boss, has been replaced by the leader figure, because he/she is not the person who has only operational knowledge of his/her function, but the person who has a global vision of his/her team and able to take from this team its better, always focusing on business development. This is the person who knows where he wants to reach and how to do to get it, above all, the leader is a person who develops his/her own leaders and prepares them in order to be replaced one day. The leader believes in people potentials, because he/she can get a perception that motivated people, clearly treated and with respect can most of the time provide better results to companies. We do
