From this process, and by action of the humidification of the compost beds and mainly of the precipitation, they are generated leached. Leached are polluting wastewaters which define themselves as any liquid that crosses through deposits of remainders and are emitted to the outside. The phisycal composition of compost is based on cow manure, material of pruning plants and grass from the Park and remainders of the food from restaurant located inside the Park. The physical - chemical and microbiological characterization of the leached generated in the compost places of the Itchimbia Park, with the purpose of reusing this to improve compost generated has given result about leached. The leached generated in Itchimbia Park do not represent a positive contribution to the compost process. Within the parameters analyzed in the leached characterization, pH, Suspended Color, Turbidity, Conductivity, Solids, Solid Sedimentables, Dissolved Solids were taken in whatever, Nitrates, Nitritos, DQO, DBO, Total Nitrogen, Coliformes Total Fecales and Coliformes. The results obtained after the characterization, indicate that the leached generated in the compost places of the Itchimbia Park, does not contribute positively to the compost that is producing there.
